Thank you for choosing Catamaran Surf House. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

-All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

-A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

-A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

-The remaining balance must be paid in cash (EUR or MAD) upon arrival.

-We are currently unable to accept card payments, bank transfers or PayPal for the remaining balance.

-Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-in & Check-out

-Check-in is available from 14:00.

-Check-out is before 11:00.

-Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

-Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, as a small surf house, cancellations have a significant impact on our business.

Our cancellation policy is therefore as follows:

-The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

-Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will not be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit.

-Cancellations made within 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, no-shows, or early departures are charged 100% of the total booking amount.

-This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, travel delays or missed flights.

-In exceptional circumstances, we may choose to offer an alternative solution at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

4. Packages & Activities

-Airport pickup is included with package bookings of 7 nights or longer, unless stated otherwise.

-Airport drop-off is not included and can be booked as an extra.

-Additional activities, excursions and add-ons are only included if specifically stated in your booking confirmation.

-Surf lessons, excursions and activity schedules are subject to weather, swell and ocean conditions.

-We reserve the right to adjust, reschedule or replace activities if necessary to ensure the best and safest experience for our guests.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

Having valid travel documents and meeting any visa or entry requirements for Morocco.
Arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Informing us of any allergies, dietary requirements or medical conditions before arrival.
Treating the accommodation, surf equipment and facilities with care.

Guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property or equipment damaged through negligence, misuse or intentional behaviour.

6. Liability

Participation in surfing, yoga and other activities is entirely at your own risk.

Catamaran Surf House cannot be held liable for:

Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
Flight delays, cancellations or other travel disruptions.
Changes to the itinerary caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Acceptance

By completing a booking with Catamaran Surf House, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
